From The Lodge to your door — here’s how shipping works at Five Beavers Co.:

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Custom orders may take a little longer (they’re worth it).

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Delays & Issues
Once your package leaves us, it’s in the hands of the carrier. We’re not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages — but we’ll always help however we can.

Incorrect Addresses
Make sure your shipping info is correct at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.

Local Pick-Up (if you offer it)
If local pick-up is available, we’ll contact you with details once your order is ready.
