By visiting our shop and making a purchase, you’re officially part of the Beaver Nation — and you agree to the following terms.

Products & Orders
We do our best to make sure everything on our site is accurate, but from time to time there may be small errors (hey, we’re only human). We reserve the right to update, change, or cancel orders if needed — including pricing or availability.

Payments
All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise noted. Payments must be completed at checkout before your order is processed.

Shipping
Once your order leaves The Lodge, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages during transit — but we’ll always try to help you track things down.

Returns & Exchanges
As part of Beaver Nation, you agree to our return policy: no refunds, exchanges or store credit within 14 days, items must be unworn with tags attached, and no returns on custom orders.

Custom Orders
Custom pieces are made just for you — which means they’re final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Use of Our Site
Please don’t misuse our site (no funny business, spam, or illegal activity). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content belong to Five Beavers Co. — please don’t copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.
